Gokul Mathivanan

Gokul Mathivanan is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in sales and operations excellence, organization design, and leadership hiring. He holds a B.Tech degree from the National Institute of Technology in Trichy and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.

With over 11 years of experience in the field, Gokul has a proven track record of success in scaling and driving growth across different industries. He has substantial experience in both the FinTech and Hospitality industries. In the past, he has held several leadership roles at OYO, where he served as Micro Market Head of Chennai and Head of Travel Partnerships. In these roles, he was responsible for scaling operations and driving revenue growth in key markets.

He also served as State Head of Tamil Nadu and Channel Sales Head at Rupeek, where he was responsible for scaling FinTech services to various regions. He successfully scaled the business, resulting in increased revenue and customer base.

He is known for being a First Principles thinker and OKR implementer, which helps him to tackle complex business challenges and drive growth in dynamic environments. Gokul’s deep experience in scaling operations, driving revenue growth and his expertise in sales and operations excellence make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Maktoum Misfaq

Maktoum Misfaq is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in operations and supply chain management. He holds a B.Tech degree from Anna University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.

Maktoum has over 11 years of experience in the field and has demonstrated a track record of success in driving operations and supply chain management. He spent 4 years at P&G where he was responsible for driving operations and supply chain, followed by starting and scaling Tamil Nadu operations for OYO. He has also worked on modernizing legacy businesses in the pharmaceutical and real estate industries, where he was able to reduce inefficiencies and drive growth.

Maktoum’s key strengths lie in operations and sales management, supply chain management and building operations from the ground up. He is known for his ability to create and implement effective operations strategies and drive results in dynamic and fast-paced environments. His experience in driving operations, supply chain and his ability to build and scale operations, makes him a valuable asset to any organization looking to streamline and improve their operations.

Vasanth Jayaraman

Vasanth Jayaraman is a highly experienced consultant with over 12 years of experience in various industries. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Surathkal.

His first experience was with Coal India, where he was the youngest assistant manager and was responsible for managing a workforce of 1200 across mines in operations and distribution. Through this experience, he acquired skills in public speaking in front of large audiences and was able to reduce inefficiencies by negotiating and tracking supplies using technology.

After that, he started his own Ed-Tech startup. Later he joined OYO and did multiple roles for 6 years in different geographies. He was MMCEO at OYO Pondicherry, then promoted to Hub Head of Kerala, then promoted to Hub Head to launch and manage Bali and eventually driving supply acquisition and revenue at OYO Indonesia. He also has experience in retail running his own restaurants at Uluwatu, Bali.
